Brower Park Shooter Arrested

An arrest has been made in the case of a man who was shot and left for dead in a Crown Heights park, according to the New York Post.

Lamont Carter allegedly walked up to the 29-year-old victim as he was talking on his cellphone and opened fire at 6 a.m. on Nov. 7 in Brower Park on Kingston Avenue and Park Pace. Carter fled and the victim, whose name was withheld, was discovered lying face-up, cops said. He's in critical condition at Kings County Hospital.

Carter was nabbed Nov. 18 and charged with attempted murder.
