A woman in her early 40's reported to police that she was walking inside Van Courtland Park near 242nd Street on Thursday at 2:00pm when a black male in his 30's, dressed in all black, grabbed her shoulder from behind and he put hand down the front of her pants.
The perpetrator fled on foot towards Broadway.
